Tras 3 años de parón se actualiza de nuevo la suite de auditoria de seguridad para redes Wireless Aircrack-ng.
Para los que no conozcan el programa, Aircrack-ng es un programa de cracking que puede recuperar claves una vez que ha capturado los suficientes paquetes de datos en conexiones con protocolo 802.11 (INFO) y cifrados WEP y WPA-PSK.
Implementa el ataque estándar FMS con algunas optimizaciones como ataques KoreK, así como el nuevo ataque PTW, con lo que el ataque mucho más rápido en comparación con otras herramientas de cracking WEP.
En el listado de actualizaciones se incluyen nuevos chipsets soportados, arreglos para los chipsets anteriores y algunas mejoras para Airmon-ng, Airmon-zc, Airdecap-ng, Airgraph-ng, Airbase-ng, Airodump-ng, Airdrop-ng, Versuck-ng Aircrack-ng, Aireplay-ng, y el resto de las herramientas útiles que comprende esta suite.
